Ozone House is a non-profit organization based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, dedicated to supporting runaway, homeless, and high-risk youth aged 10 to 24, along with their families. As the sole agency in Washtenaw County offering free, confidential, and voluntary services to this demographic, Ozone House provides a comprehensive range of programs to ensure the safety, health, and productivity of the youth they serve.


Services Offered:

24-Hour Crisis Line: Available for immediate assistance with crises such as suicide, abuse, mental health issues, school problems, and homelessness.

Emergency Youth Shelter: A three-week shelter program for youth aged 10 to 17, offering a safe space during times of crisis.

Transitional Living Programs: Including “Miller House” and “SOLO” (Supported Opportunities for Living on your Own), these programs support youth aged 17 to 21 in developing independent living skills.

Drop-In Center: Located in Ypsilanti, this after-school center provides a safe environment for youth, offering programs such as the Street Outreach Program, Youth Making an Impact (YMI), PrideZone (a weekly LGBTQ youth safe space), WorkZone (job training and internship program), and Project SpeakOUT (youth creative writing expression program).

Counseling Services: Individual, group, and family counseling to address various challenges faced by youth and their families.

Case Management and Advocacy: Support for youth aged 16 to 21, assisting with navigating systems and accessing necessary resources.

PrideZone: A weekly safe space for LGBTQ youth, providing support and community.

WorkZone: A job training and internship program designed to equip youth with essential employment skills.
