  • Shipping Time: Once your item is shipped, delivery typically takes:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days.

Note: Orders are shipped only to the contiguous United States (48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international locations.


Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided via email as soon as your order ships. You can use the provided tracking link to monitor your shipment's status.

Return and Refund Policy

Custom-Made Products
All products in our store are custom-made to order, so returns or exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives with a manufacturing defect.


If Your Item is Defective or Incorrect


In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or if your item is not as described:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out using the contact form on our site or call the number in our site footer within 30 days of delivery.

  2. Resolution: We will review your claim and may request photos of the defect or issue. If approved, we will either:

    • Provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    • Issue a refund for the defective item, including the original shipping fees.

Note: Customers are not responsible for return shipping fees in the case of a verified defect.

Non-Defective Item

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing, as each item is custom-made. Please review your order details carefully before purchasing.
