About:

I became a recovery coach because I know what it feels like to be lost, broken, and searching for a way out. I’ve lived the chaos. I’ve felt the shame. I’ve wrestled with the hopelessness that addiction brings. And I also know the freedom, healing, and restoration that recovery makes possible.

Recovery didn’t just change my habits — it changed my identity. It gave me my life back. It restored my relationships, rebuilt my character, and gave me purpose. I realized that everything I went through wasn’t just pain… it was preparation.

I became a recovery coach because I refuse to let my story end in survival. I want it to multiply into impact. I want to stand in the gap for the person who feels like no one understands. I want to be the voice that says, “I’ve been there — and you can make it out.”

I don’t coach from theory. I coach from lived experience, compassion, and training. I bring my CCAR certification and SMART Recovery training to the table, but more than that, I bring empathy, accountability, and hope. I believe recovery is possible for anyone willing to fight for it — because I had to fight for mine.

I became a recovery coach because someone once believed in me when I couldn’t believe in myself. Now it’s my turn to do the same for others.

Recovery is not just what I do. It’s who I am.
